Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled in the middle of the jungle, offering a unique and amazing experience in a remote location. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean, and surprisingly bug-free, embodying a fantastic eco-friendly concept. However, the proximity to a generator disrupted our sleep during the night. Service was top-notch with extremely attentive and caring staff. The location, though stunning and close to beautiful cenotes, posed challenges with taxi accessibility and nighttime travel. Dining was a delightful experience with delicious and healthy options. Overall, a one-of-a-kind retreat in the midst of nature.
The hotel offers very nice rooms with a good eco-friendly concept, including a private pool. However, the proximity to a noisy generator made it difficult to sleep during the night and there were issues with functionality during the first three nights. The service was incredibly friendly and hospitable, with staff going out of their way to assist. The location, while providing an amazing and unique experience in the middle of the jungle and close to beautiful cenotes, posed challenges in accessibility by taxi. The dining experience was good, especially the grilled dishes. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained, but with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms didn't work properly for the first 3 nights and lacked A/C, they were overall very nice, with a really good eco-friendly concept and a private pool. The service was simply amazing, going the extra mile whenever needed and catering to our every whim. The location, though in the middle of the jungle with some difficulty to access, was great for exploring Cenotes during the day. The dining was a good experience with delicious food, especially the sausages.
